Nina’s POV
The room buzzed with tension as Mr. Trump stood at the head of the table, his imposing figure radiating authority. His piercing gaze swept over everyone, his face set in a stern expression that could silence even the boldest among us.
“Now listen to me, Mr. Maxwell,”he began, his voice a mixture of calm confidence and razor-sharp criticism. “Whether Jasper is the shareholder, the head of the family, or whatever self-important title hes assigned himself, thats his business. I don’t care. I don’t care if Mark is the shareholder either. What I care about is the fact that Jasper,”he paused, his eyes locking onto Jasper like a hawk zeroing in on it’s prey, “doesn’t know anything about antiques. Not a single thing. Nothing upstairs.”
Jaspers face turned crimson, his mouth opening and closing like a fish gasping for air. He looked at Mr. Maxwell for support, but Maxwell, for once, was too stunned to respond immediately.
