“Miscarriage?” Anabel couldn’t believe what the doctor told her.

She looked up to the ceiling, and her head was thinking, How did Bianca become pregnant when her husband was away? Oh, my God!” Her hand immediately covered her mouth when it dawned on her as to who could possibly impregnate her daughter-in-law.
