Chapter 231. Forbidden

"Wake up, how long are you going to sleep?"

"Mhmm," Priyank's body stirred as he tried to move, but something seemed to restrict his motion. 

His whole body ached with pain. With a bit of force, he opened his eyes, but darkness consumed everything around him.

"At last you woke up. It took you a day, but you seem fine," the voice taunted as the lights were turned on.

Priyank immediately shut his eyes, feeling dizzy. "Who?"

He didn't know what was happening. He remembered going to his company and handling his work when he got a message from his assistant two days ago, upon checking his phone. 

Before he thought he lost it, that's why he took Maya's phone to even call his mother, but he found his own phone neatly placed in his cupboard.
