Doc. Part 1

Doc loved his job at the local hospital, he enjoyed working and helping others. A few months ago he had been dating one of the head charge nurses named Kathy. Things were good while it was just no strings attached, but when Kathy started being possessive and accusing him of looking at other women, and other women chasing him, he had enough.

In all of his 39 years, he had never found a woman he wanted to marry and be with for the rest of his life. He never really thought about kids, but figured he needed to find the woman first and worry about the rest later.

For the last three months he had been avoiding Kathy as much as possible. She finally had quit calling and texting him after he threatened to go to her supervisor. Then she started dating someone else to his relief.
