Walter handed her his keys, and picked up her bags and put them in his car. They hugged once more before she hurridly got in the car and left as fast as she could, but not so fast as to draw attention. 

Since she'd planned on leaving next week for college, some of her stuff was already packed which helped her get her stuff much quicker. Thankfully she hadn't told her dad what college she was going to. Once she got to a safe place, she'd make it look like she was going to a college on the opposite end of the country.

The first few months were nerve wracking. She constantly was looking over her shoulder. Her dad had came to her mom and Walter's house and tried to scare them into telling him where she was. Walter gave him the false information she had made up and said that's all he had.
