“Any news yet?” Alexandre asked his men. He was sitting on a chair, a smoking cigarette in between his long fingers.

“We have received one more threat letter. But we haven’t gotten a lead yet. The stalker is quite cunny and meticulous when it comes to hiding all traces leading to him. But we’ll get him soon,” Dominic said.

Xandre snapped his cigarette in half, the thought that the bastard who had been threatening him was still out there. He couldn’t wait to get his hands on whosoever it was.

“Our recent deal with Romano’s mafia gang has earned us a huge profit as always, boss,” Stefan, one of his men, said.

Xandre tapped his fingers against the surface of his desk as he brought his glass of wine to his lips.

“The deal with Dante Brutello’s gang is running smoothly, right?” He asked, lighting up another cigarette.
