The drive to Derry’s house felt like an eternity, my heart racing with worry and fear. I had to confront Derry and demand to know where Shimma was. The thought of her being taken away from me was unbearable. I couldn’t let that happen.

As I pulled up to the gates, the guards eyed me suspiciously while I parked my car. I stepped out, straightening my shirt and taking a deep breath. This was it. I had to be firm and demand respect.
