Chapter 8

***Lara Zane’s POV***

Zayn has a smile on his face and Bunny is smirking while I have a look of unbelief. Did I just hear what I think I did?

“Excuse me?” I try to get her to say that I am okay to stay in Demon Territory again.

“Oh, sweetie, I know you heard me, I’m not repeating myself,” She winks when she says this.

She then begins to walk and Zayn and I follow her. She leads us into one of the castle-like buildings. I get a few weird stares from all the people I walk past but I ignore them.

“I would have to inform my people publicly before the day ends though,” Zayn tells me.

“If he doesn’t, you might get murdered by just going to the grocery store. Our people absolutely hate your kind,” Bunny adds, and I nod nervously.

Well, that explains the weird stares.

I don’t know where we are heading but I follow both of them closely and soon we enter an elevator. It stuns me that the Demon Territory looks so normal, I thought it would be raining as
