Chapter 7

Zoe jumps into action and stops me from hitting Ashton.

“Hey, hey!” She says loudly in an attempt to calm me. She stands between Ashton and me as a blockade. With anger and regret filling me on the insides, I feel my wolf begin to beg to come out.

“Tessa, you need to calm down,” Zoe says when she notices that I am on the verge of transforming into a werewolf.

I know that I can not take down Ashton in a fight, he’s an impressive Alpha, but I don’t give a damn.
