Chapter 104

Nico didn't answer, but the look in his eyes said clearly enough that he was worried.  

Elissa gave him a flat look, then brought her face a little closer. "Take it easy, Nico. Bryan and I slept together."

Nico was a little surprised by the blunt answer. He looked at Elissa skeptically, trying to find signs of a lie on her face. But Elissa remained calm, as if there was nothing to doubt.  

"I'm serious, Nico," Elissa continued in a softer tone. "Bryan and I aren't just pretending. I know you're worried, but I'm not one to waste time on silly games."

Nico sighed softly. He still didn't fully believe her, but at least for tonight, he chose not to prolong the matter.  

"Alright," he said finally. "I hope you're not messing with this."

Elissa smiled wryly. "We'll see."

Nico stared at her for a while before finally stepping back to Celine's side. His mind was still filled with questions, but for now, he chose to enjo
