“Because it’s dangerous right now,” he muttered. “You’re safer when I can get in contact instantaneously. Am I clear, Indianna?”

Indianna narrowed her eyes at Greyson. “No.”

“You’re not learning how to block me,” Greyson hissed, digging his nails into Indianna’s hips. “I’m not saying that just to piss you off. It’s fucking important that you don’t block me, Indie!”

“Greyson—”

“Sugar,” he groaned and cupped Indianna’s cheek. “Please. Trust me. Just do this for me.”

Indianna pursed her lips and sighed. “You promise me you will tell me eventually?”

“Yes,” Greyson nodded. “I promise I will.”

“Fine,” Indianna grumbled. “I won’t learn how to block you. Yet.”

“Good,” Greyson said. “I need you to come to the house tonight.”

“Why?”

“Doc needs to check up on you—”
