Chapter 13. Threatening

Shu Yoon is surprised because, after the first hour, Seo Jae is just silent, showing a gloomy face. "Jae, what's wrong? Why are you so quiet? Did something happen?" 

Jae looked at Shu Yoon, who had just put the lunch tray down. Now they're in the canteen, and all Jae does is sit with his chin propped up even though he feels his stomach is starving, but his mind is so messed up. 

"Do I look troubled?" Jae asks because it seems like Shu Yoon is worried about him.

"Of course. You are very messy; even when the lecturer asks you some questions, you don't answer at all; what's wrong?" 

Jae took a deep breath. Maybe he's good at lying, but he's not good at hiding facial expressions, at least, that's what his mother said about him. "I've been thinking about something bothering me for a while." "About what?" Shu Yoon looks interested, she has only started eating once Jae is willing to tell her what had been bothering him all day.
