Chapter 60. Got in an Accident

Ricardo was in Santiago's room going through his latest drawings. To be honest, he didn't think his son would ever smile. The previous day, he was happy to see his little boy enjoying himself with his friends. It wasn't every time Santiago played with his friends. His teachers were always complaining about how he refrained from indulging in activities with other kids.

“Do you like her?” Ricardo whispered while running his hand through Santiago's hair. Both were sitting on the fluffy carpet surrounded by Santiago's countless drawings. His son was busy painting something, just like every time. He was accurate and always concentrated on what he was doing.

“You must like her… Boy spill it now,” Ricardo frowned, it was inappropriate for him to be talking to his son about Alana. But he was bothered. Especially with how he had been feeling lately.
