Chapter 45. Shopping Gone Wrong
“Do you think we should have tagged him along Alora? He’s never been shopping in a mall before, and I don’t want anything bad to happen to him.”
Alora sighs, “Look at you being a worrywart. Your husband would be fine Farrah. In my opinion, I think you should be worrying about yourself more.”
I frown, confused. “What are you talking about?”
“Those guys over there haven’t stopped looking at you since we entered the store,” Alora explains, directing my attention to a group of guys sitting on a bench outside the store. And she was right.
“Maybe they’re just thinking of a way to snatch our bags and run. I mean, we did buy a lot,” I tell her, gesturing to the shopping bags we had kept by a corner.
“I doubt that. I know that look Farrah and it’s not one of the good looks.”
“Now you’re scaring me. What do you think we should do?”
