Chapter 227

For the next few days Alayana keeps thinking about Isaac no matter what she did. He occupied all her thoughts literally and wouldn’t let her be in peace.

“I can’t go on like this.” Alayana shook her head standing inside her tent. She wants to go out and discuss their next plans but as soon as she faces Isaac, either feels her heart race or disappoints when he doesn’t look at her.

Finally she decides to stop ruminating on her own and talk openly with him. That night after all the meetings had ended, Loren was following her to the tent. “Can you ask Alpha Isaac to come see me. I have something to discuss with him.”

“Your Majesty…” Laren felt odd for a second because he could feel Alayana’s eyes changed recently. He saw her looking at Isaac and feeling lost in thoughts.

“Do as I say” she commanded and went to her tent. Even though she is harsh, it is the reality. She doesn’t want to give hopes to Laren because she knows how it hurts when the person we love doesn
