Chapter 94

Third-Person POV

That evening when everyone was settled Chris shifted and went into the forest. He became restless after hearing the refugees’ stories. No matter how much he tried to not think of his past he just can’t let it go.

His pack was wiped out and no one was left. Only a few of his friends and he were wandering homeless. Though Alpha Isaac accepted them as pack members it is still not their home. He doesn’t have much money left with him and his studies are not yet completed.

With too many worries in his mind he went out for a run. Without knowing he reached pack borders where warriors are guarding.

“Where are you?” Clarke’s voice rang in mindlink when he felt lost.

“Will be back in a few minutes.” he replied and turned around. But he didn’t go back and wandered aimlessly.
