Luna's POV

He came to a halt for a bit and drank some water since he was quickly out of breath. "Even your family's money should be returned to you; he even founded your own business!  You're driving my nephew insane!”

I couldn't move because of what he said. What exactly does he mean? Cole assured me that Adonis seized it and used it for his own purposes.

"I'm not sure what you're talking about," I murmured to myself. Despite the fact that I had just barely finished eating, I quickly lost strength. The food I ate went to nothing  since the force of his words rapidly swallowed everything. The company... That's mine; and he didn't take my money and turn it into a business. I glanced at Adonis's uncle, hoping he'd retract what he'd said and explain why Adonis would do such a thing to me. I'm at a loss on what to do. I chastised myself once again for my intention to harm him again, denying the reality that he had shown me so much care. My sp
