My nerves were at their limit because I wanted to cry again. My heart was bleeding and it just wouldn't stop. I forced myself to hold back the tears and snatched my wrist from his grasp. I hissed: "Don't touch me."

Then he just took off. I started moving myself because I couldn't hold back the tears any longer. I hurried to the bathroom because I wanted to hide my crying from Aramis.

I closed the door behind me and leaned against it.
