Hand in one pocket of her trench coat, Michelle smiled as she looked at the sunset.
Their honeymoon in London was done. Days passed by in a blink of her eye, but she had to say that they had enjoyed their honeymoon even if was only for a couple of days. As they boarded into the private plane, the flight attendant had served them wines and snacks. Michelle checked out her phone before the plane took off, and sent a text message to her dad to tell him they were on their way back home.
She was excited to return to the United States because she already missed Marsha. One thing about being a mother that couldn’t be tossed aside was missing her child even if she wasn’t long gone in her sight. It was a motherly feeling… even if the child would only go to school or has to spend some time with her in-law, the longing wouldn’t be controlled.
Dad: I learned how to make pots, and would love to show you when you come back. Have a safe trip, Mich. You know I love you so much.
