Isabella’s POV

A chill ran down my spine, my body tensing as a terrifying thought crossed my mind. What if… what if that little boy really was Logan’s son?

I felt my heart drop, my hands turning cold as the possibility took root in my mind. What if Logan had another child? What if he had been lying to me all this time?

My throat tightened, my mind racing with questions. I had always known Logan was hiding something from me. He was distant, secretive, always finding excuses to leave the house. 

I had convinced myself it was work, that he was just busy. But what if it was more than that?

What if he had been leaving to be with his son? To be with… Layla’s son?

I felt my stomach twist, nausea rising within me. It made too much sense. Damien had mentioned meeting a boy who looked like him, a boy who missed his mother. What if that boy was the same one I just met? What if he was talking about Layla’s son?
