I demanded, ducking before swinging my sword across the person who came after me, cutting him in half. Calin quickly made his way towards me. I watched in horror as a sword was swung at me. Thankfully, Calin got to me before it did, bringing me to the castle in an instant.
My eyes scanned around, it was dead quiet with no soul in sight. The arm of my gown was sticking to my skin as the blood gradually dried up. I didn't realize I had other cuts in my body until I was standing still. I was too worried about Helion to be sorry about myself.
I turned to Calin after searching for minutes without any sign of Degar. “Where does his majesty perform his spells?"
He shot me a baffled stare. "It is sacred, your majesty.”
