Chapter 292. Mystery Man – Part 14

After a moment of silence, I looked at him. "Did you see him?"

Jordan raised his eyebrows and looked shallowly at me, "Who?"

"Aaron Badger!"

He said graciously as if he didn't take it to heart, "The food is going to get cold after a while. Let's eat now."

Seeing this, I bowed my head to eat and said no more.

After dinner, it was already a little late. Jordan seemed to be busy. He had probably been thinking about it as well.

The waiter came in and took away all our plates and cutlery. I sat on the sofa and watched TV, hardly watching it.

After he got off the phone, he came to me, pulled me into his arms, and said in a gentle voice, "Do you want to go for a walk?"

I shook my head. "What's wrong?"

He smiled. "I'm afraid you just ate too much food. You have to do some exercise, otherwise, you'll get indigestion and become fat."

"Let's go!" He got up as if he were really going to drag me out of the bed.
