Chapter 47. She Went to Take a Bath

Ivelle nodded and looked at the report on his computer. After checking his work progress, she can't deny that Parker was an excellent leader in terms of work ability.

He is efficient and has as superb management skill.

After finishing the report, he closed the transaction book and nodded. He then leaned lazily against the sofa, rubbed his eyes, then closed it to take a nap. After a while, he put the back of his hand on his forehead and said wearily. "Boss Hyatt of your branch called. Said he would invite us to dinner in the evening."

As she looked at his sleepy face, Ivelle nodded. "Well, why don't you go back to your room and get some sleep?"

He looked at the time and shook his head. "No, I'll just stay here for a while." After a pause, he said, "There are some financial problems in the branch. I can't tell and solve it if I don't take a closer look at it. I guess a boss misappropriated public funds, and then randomly found a project to fool people.
