Chapter 30. Cranking Up the Heat
“Looks like something is bothering you,” Galileel said as he and Keratin stood listening to Janga speak.
“It is nothing,” Keratin replied releasing a sigh.
“It is most definitely something. You have been restless and shuffling from one foot to the other ever since you stepped foot inside here.”
Keratin said nothing. Instead, his gaze wandered and his breath almost seized on spotting her.
Unlike the other women around that let their hair trail down their backs, hers was piled atop her head showcasing her slender neck, and a few brown tendrils framed her heart-shaped face. Her lush lips were painted a provocative red and a smile hovered about that carnal mouth. As she strolled closer to his sights, something hungry came alive inside his chest.
