Chaper 37. The Launch of Revenge

Avanna confessed how many weeks she had gone, and I could not help but exclaim again about it.

“Eight weeks?”

With this, I could tell that Tyler and Avanna, just as I had always suspected, had been having sex for a long time right under my nose, and it took me a very long time before I found out.

However, this was a thing of the past, and I did not let it cloud my judgment. “So you are eight weeks pregnant. Have you told Tyler about this?”

I knew she had told me she informed Tyler about the pregnancy earlier on, but I still wanted to confirm for the second time. “Yes, Matriarch Alessandra, I did tell him,” she sobbed.

“And what did he say?” I asked.

“He wants me to abort the pregnancy,” she answered.

However, I could not bring myself to understand this. What does she mean by saying that Tyler wanted her to abort the pregnancy? If Tyler had been sleeping with her for a long time, did he not expect that he was going to impregnate her one day?
