Chapter 93. The Balancing

Tyler’s POV

I only need a thousand dollars more to rent the gun, but I knew that I could get more than that from Sandra because, why not? lol. I mean, it’s not bad to eliminate Alessandra and then treat myself to a nice spa afterward. Or some nice food. After all, I deserve it.

I can feel the anticipation bubbling in my veins—a strange mix of excitement and fear. My hands trembled slightly as I picked up my phone and called Sandra. I don’t expect her to refuse. She’s been complicit all this time, even if she doesn’t realize the extent of her involvement. She’s in this until the end, and she will definitely bear the consequences.

Scoff.

Hearing my phone beep once again, without any doubt, I know that it’s the money that just hit my bank account, and an alert was just sent to me. Relief washes over me, but it’s tinged with a dark sense of satisfaction.

Anyway, I’m doing community service now, and I only have to wait until midnight before I can knock on that dust
