Chapter 23

Dominic and Ricky were both playing a chess game after the kids had left the house and he had finished riling up Ricky. The man had tried to get Dominic, but he hadn't given him the chance. Dominic watched as Ricky placed a general in front of his player knocking down one of his pawns. Dominic stared at the game intently, trying to figure out how to get the game back in his favor. He placed his king in front of Ricky's general. He soon realized the error of his move when Ricky placed his queen into his inner game, knocking off his own queen.

"And checkmate," Ricky said
