Anastasia watched as the maids scattered around the kitchen to prepare dinner. Alpha Draco had declared a celebration to be gathered tonight, considering now that the rogue enemy and the culprit had been captured. Everyone seemed so happy that the pack was now safe and away from danger.

However, Anastasia still felt so uncanny and uncomfortable. Perhaps it was with the fact that she still felt unsure of the whole situation. Wendy was considered the culprit and yet it didn’t feel right to assume it was her. Anastasia felt helpless, she had no voice in this situation and Alpha Draco wasn’t listening to her either way. He was already blinded with anger and hatred. Tomorrow, something dreadful was about to happen and she wasn’t sure she was ready to witness it.
