Chapter 164. Scheming Liar
When I finally opened my eyes, I was surprised to discover that it was already morning. The sky remained still cloudy despite the fact that the rain had ceased falling.
I was startled when I felt someone moving at the foot of the bed, and when I lifted my head, I saw Sebastian putting on his suit.
‘‘Good morning...’’ He greeted me with a smile, and as I sat up and rubbed my eyes with my hands, I nodded in response to him.
After having breakfast together at the hotel, Sebastian led me back to the city, and because he informed me that Sean was still sleeping, I was unable to pay him a visit any longer; thus, I just sent him a message informing him that we were currently on our way back home.
While we were driving back, there was a complete silence in the car. I rested my chin on my hand as I stared through the glass and focused my eyes on the hazy scenery outside.
I could sense that Sebastian was turning his head to look at me every so often
