I only caught Sebastian's distracted glance out of the corner of my eye as he looked away from her. I was aware of the fact that he was still unable to look at that face.

‘‘Celine, you're here…’’ The words were spoken by Brylee as she rushed over me, but she came to a halt as soon as her gaze fell on my stomach.

My brows furrowed when I saw her eyes suddenly brim with tears. ‘‘Celine, please…’’ she begged, stepping forward and grabbing my hands. ‘‘Please help dad get out of here…’’

I felt sad when I saw the tears in her eyes, but when I heard that she was pleading for Julio, my hands automatically moved to push her away from me.
