After breakfast, someone called Sebastian again and I wasn’t sure who it was, but from the way his face turned serious, it was about business.

I huffed as I went back to the room, and I stripped off my silk night dress, and tossed it on the floor of the bathroom. Sebastian’s still busy, so I have the room to myself.

I turned the water in the shower on and waited until it was warm before slowly stepping under the hot jet. It was the perfect pressure against my back to ease some of my tension. I really needed to get clear-headed about Sebastian, and, of course… Brylee.

She really needed a lesson to learn. She won’t stop until she gets what she wants--probably my husband.
