Freya’s POV

“Finally.” Silas sighs, visibly relaxing. “She gives me the chills every time I’m around you.”

“Is the big bad alpha scared of some Zeta female?” I tease him with a raised brow.

“For your information, I don’t get scared. It’s just the things she does with her eyes… It can make anyone uncomfortable.” He fakes a shiver and I can’t help bursting into laughter.
