Freya’s POV
The fact that Silas hadn’t let him go further because I was stark naked and hiding right behind him. The scene that followed once he left also infiltrates my mind. Suddenly, the room temperature shoots up.
Silas clears his throat, changing the subject.
“Elena said the same thing as well.”
“She did?”

I had thought I was being extra careful, straying a good distance away from them but not careful enough.
