Chapter 89. Why Can’t They Be with Us?
They were at an open site in the suburb of the city. They could see the cluster of white buildings in Dream City far away and some wisps of black smoke floating up in the sky. Over thirty black ergates were groveling on the ground, forming a row. Their eyes were compound and ghosts alike.
