Chapter 471. Did He Miss Her?

Thea was so annoyed. She made her mind up secretly that she wouldn’t allow John to harass her Mom and Granny again.

She couldn’t even hide her anger when she went to the site that day. When she was off the camera, she was constantly pulling a face. Cody came to the crew to visit her in a hurry.

Thea noticed the unfamiliar emotions burning under his eyes. She didn’t know why he looked like that. She approached Cody, trying to ask him what had happened.

The next thing she knew; however, she was pulled into a tight hug. “C-Cody?” Thea was surprised. Everyone on the crew was watching. What the heck was he doing?

“Cody? Are you okay?” Thea pushed him gently, and Cody finally took a step back.

Keeping his distance, Cody looked intensely at her. How he looked at her was so different, which actually freaked Thea out a bit.
