Chapter 13. Balance

Kailani’s POV

His mouth held mine captive for a while longer, but soon moved to kiss my chin, tracing his tongue over my jawline and down my neck. His lips headed towards the weak and sensitive spot on my neck and I wanted to avoid it, so I tried to twirl around. He grabbed hold of me on each side and kept me still, as if knowing my plan.
