She turned to him, looking confused, as she tried to read his expression but failed miserably. “I am not your peace. I am your chaos. The awful choice you should never have made.”

He took a bold step toward her, “The truth is for every day in the past seven years I’ve woken up with voices in my head driving me insane, for six years I’ve put up a wall in my mind to block the voices out and those walls crashed every time I shifted.
