Chapter 308. Infiltrated

Kieran POV

My car skids to a stop outside of my restaurant. I see paramedics surrounding Oliver, and all of my employees are standing around watching. My eyes scan the crowd for the manager on duty. I spot him standing in the doorway of the restaurant, chewing on his fingernails.

I stride through the mass of people and stand in front of the night manager. Despite him working for me for a couple of months, I can’t remember his name.

I grab him by the throat and slam him against the wall. “Talk.” A strange look spreads across his face, but he doesn’t try to speak. “What the fuck happened?” I scream in his face.

I push my Alpha Aura out over him, and he goes limp in my hands. “I did what I was told.”

Tightening my fingers around his throat, I squeeze. “Who do you work for?”

A smile tugs at his lips. “I work for you, Alpha.”

“You know what I meant,” I snarl at him.

He nods in Oliver’s direction. “I don’t think he is going to make it
