Chapter 321. Back Into His Mind

Narah POV

All eyes turn to look at me. It isn’t the first time I have been the center of attention, but it doesn’t make the task any easier.

Nyx is sitting in the corner of the room, wagging her tail at me. Once again, I cannot tell if she is a figment of my imagination or not.

‘Just because I am part of your imagination, does that make me any less real?” Nyx laughs in my direction.

“Shh,” I hush her.

I take my eyes off the silver wolf in the corner and look back at the rest of the room. The Golden Wolf is staring at me. I can see the interest building in her eyes. She knows we are alike, and she fears that one day we will be the same. I know the answer, but that is not for me to tell.

I watch as the Golden Wolf sits up up. One of her mates is lifeless in the bed, and the other is pacing the length of the room.

‘How many mates does she have?’ Nyx asks.

“Two mates,” I answer her. “Two mates.”
