Chapter 358. Stay Away

Tish POV

My feet are killing me by the end of the night but in a good way. The bar was busier than I expected for a Monday night. It was hard to tell who was human, who was rogue, and who was a pack member, but I am sure I will get the hang of it eventually.

I am wiping down the tables while Cedric locks the door. There are a few stragglers left in the bar, but Cedric doesn’t force them to leave, even though the last call was thirty minutes ago.

When I am done wiping down the tables, I head to the bar and sit down. Slipping off my heels, I rub my feet.

“Tired,” Cedric asks.

“Not really,” I smile. “Just need to get back into the groove of things.”

“You were awesome tonight,” he tells me. “I don’t think anyone knew it was your first night.”

“If you’ve worked in one bar, you’ve worked in them all,” I smirk.

“You can head out,” he tells me. “These guys will be here until the wee hours of the morning.”
