Chapter 236. The Meeting Begins

When we got into the hall, the noise died down immediately, and everyone turned  to look at us. It was almost like they hadn’t expected myself and Anthony to arrive, especially at the time when we did, but everyone kept mute and looked at us. I made my way to my seats at the head of the table before I took notes of any other thing happening in the hall and I settled in first, also as soon as I was seated, I looked up and observed everyone at the table all the way down to all the council members.
