“Knox, I’m not impressed that you’ve gotten a woman pregnant without us even getting to know her,” Elaine said, scolding him.

“I’m happy for you, son. We breed good stock.”

Elaine rolled her eyes while Charles chuckled. Knox didn’t care about stock or anything other than knowing his woman was going to be safe.

Lucas took her temperature and checked her blood pressure after cleaning away the damage he’d done to her neck.

“When you’re ready give her these. They’re tablets all pregnant females need. Human females only need to take one tablet a day whereas your woman will need to take two.
