Nina’s POV

Victoria stood above me blocking the way. The only thing keeping me from pushing her out the way was Zira nagging in my ear.

‘Nina, what the hell? Give me my body back!’ Zira screamed.

This girl is so clueless, sometimes. It was becoming a habit and getting on my last nerves. She never listens to me and makes plans without considering the fact that I have a voice too. We are more than just wolf and human, we are connected with one soul. She doesn’t understand that whatever happens to her affects me too.

‘No! You’ve been nothing but careless these past few weeks and haven’t even noticed we’re changing.’

‘Nina,’ Zira said a bit more calmly, ‘what are you talking about?’

‘About time you’re listening. Haven’t you noticed your changes lately? You’ve been eating like a pig, crying at EVERYTHING, letting someone like Ashlee and this so-called Luna get the best of you.’

Now she wants to be quiet.
