“I can smell the guards are in the woods, I need to get you to safety first” he rushed his words. I was lost staring at my mate. It was a special gaze. He sighed and carried me in his arms, not minding if I was a male. He shifted and raced far into the woods.

It wasn't long before the moon started coming out.

“I'm sorry, but I have to leave now. You have to be strong because first shifting isn't easy. Staying with you will only cause chaos for me because you might hurt me in the process of shifting” he kissed my forehead quickly and hurried away from the wood. I touched my forehead with a smile, and my cheeks reddened. The full moon shone so brightly, and I heaved a breath nervously. Although I was excited to shift to my wolf, I couldn’t help but be nervous since this was my first time.
