Nicholas’s POV

Three hours ago

With one final look at the mirror, I pick up my phone from the table and this is when the door opens and Natalia saunters into the room looking gorgeous in her black sequin dress, one of the newest collections but no matter how much I look at her and want to admire her, I cannot get the words of Michelle out of my head. I don’t even know who is lying because on one hand Natalia is pregnant and on the other hand, Michelle gets pregnant with Enzo just a few weeks after they met. The more I think about it, the more upset I become because everything should have been about me.

And I know for a fact that Michelle is not lying about her pregnancy because I can actually see it. The glow, the beauty and everything in between. I noticed it the very first day I saw her but I couldn’t even decipher it completely because we no longer shared that bond, I can no longer feel anything about her.
