Enzo’s POV

“Done” Izzy says as she helps me fix my tie, “you look so good, brother”

“Thank you” I flash her a smile.

“How I wish mum and dad could see you now, they would be so proud of you”

“I am sure they are watching us right now” I tell her as I gently pat her hair, “I am sure of that”

“Hmmm”

I see tears well up in Izzy’s eyes and my heart breaks into a thousand pieces. I know the reason why those tears are in her eyes, she has been asking since yesterday and I finally told her. She was clearly my only blood on earth now and it was important that I did. At least I know she is now prepared for what is to come.

“Enzo?” She calls out my name gently again as she slowly grabs a hold of my hand.

“Yes” I turn my head towards her, “wanna tell me something”

“Must you do this?” Izzy asks, “we can find another way, Michelle will be heartbroken if anything goes wrong. She will never forgive us and…”
