Michelle’s POV

I frantically open my eyes as a slight groan leaves my mouth and I push myself to a sitting position, my eyes searching the room frantically and my teeth clenching in anxiety.

I try to push my body out of bed but the pain lingering in my stomach halts me and I wince in pain.

For a moment, memories of what happened flash through my head but I am unable to decipher anything because the last I remember was someone covering my eyes.

“Enzo?” His name rolls out of my lips as my eyes dart across the room. Neither is his scent lingering anywhere or can I feel a sense of him.

“Enzo?” I call out again and immediately the door pushes open and my heart skips a beat.

A sigh of disappointment leaves my lips when I see Izzy saunter into the room.
