At that thought, Preston’s eyes suddenly turned red, followed by a cold sneer. He thought, “It’s just a woman. It’s not a big deal. If I don’t see her for ten days or two weeks, I’ll forget about her.”

After giving Harper one last glance, Preston turned around to leave with heavy steps.

After playing with Jayden and his colleagues for a while, Harper was called out by her manager who informed her that a big shot had arrived. She said goodbye to Jayden and immediately got up to go downstairs.

However, when she got out of the elevator, she saw Preston leaving the nightclub. He seemed to have gotten hammered, swaying on his feet as he walked away, relying on the door and walls for support.

When Preston walked onto the road, he was almost hit by a speeding car. Harper was so worried that she rushed out.
