Diana’s POV

“Well, are you going to say anything or not?” He took a sip from the glass of liquor he poured.

By his tone, it was obvious he was annoyed.

“Look, I’m sorry I jumped to conclusions. I should’ve waited before I got upset with you.”

I explained, keeping my tone as calm as I could.

“Diana, I’m not into this dramatic bullshit. Why hide things from me? I’ve done nothing but be helpful to you. I’ve opened up about past things that I haven’t shared with anyone else. This isn’t about the lies. This is about the lack of faith you have in me.” His eyes looked at me intently.

“Harry, I’m sorry. I just—” He cut me off before I could finish.

“You just what Diana? Think I’m going to mess around on you like Charles did?” He asked.
