Tiff’s POV
Samuel drove so fast on the way back to his place that everything was a blur. We pulled up to a brownstone façade building.
“You live in a brownstone?” I said, shocked.
“Yes, are you surprised?” Samuel asked.
“How much is Nathan paying you?” I giggled.
“It’s actually a family property I inherited when my Aunt passed away,” Samuel advised.
“Oh, I’m sorry for your loss,” I uttered. “I didn’t mean to be so rude.”
“You weren’t rude,” Samuel said, touching my face. “I like that you’re curious.”
“It must be hell to find parking,” I declared.
“Actually, I have a parking spot across the street. I thought I’d drop you off so you don’t have to walk,” Samuel
